With the - Wow - Marianna Angiolelli we use large-scale models + equations for Dopa to simulate how neuronal avalanches spread w/o Dopa. Inverting the model, we infer the amount of Dopa from EEG and deep elecs in each PD patient! Hope you enjoy :) ! doi.org/10.1101/2024.0…
