Writers, agents, editors, lend me your ears! (sorry, I've been watching a lot of Shakespeare lately)

In the past several years publishing has made great strides in publishing books about and by people of marginalized backgrounds, but we have a long way to go.

A thing that has started happening with regularity - and I can't tell if its an actual trend or not - is the amount of book pitches I'm now getting via LinkedIn messages.

Wonder if other #editors are seeing this happen.
