ACL 101s There’s non-negotiables for me within ACL rehab. Here’s one of them. The shuffle return. Not because I massively value the action itself, but it never fails to highlight braking/penultimate step issues on surgical side. ACL rehab goes beyond ISO-K & forceplates.

Measuring thigh muscle girth is always something I eval as part of my testing. IJSPT paper discusses this in relation to strength gain. Only accounts for about 13% of the variance. I've certainly turned plenty of people loose w/o LSI of thigh girth, but should get eventually
