If the American electorate is so broken in terms of its deliberative capacities that they can be mislead by foreign propaganda the same applies to domestic propaganda which is usually far better funded and more sophisticated--- this means the entire premise of our mass

The real way to combat foreign influence, domestic influence, misinformation, etc.... is to bring back some version of a literacy test for voting

This would also be extremely funny because the impact of a literacy test would require particularly the democrats to find ways to cheat on the tests. It would be like what happened with No Child Left Behind, where a place like Atlanta just lied about test scores.

The bad guys are American, the good guys are American---America is the only real game in town. Foreigners are a mere footnote in all of this. And foreigners suck at propaganda.
