Credit where it is due and we are all quick enough (especially me) to give a ref some grief, but the young man who took our game deserves a massive amount of that credit. Took control, empathy with the game and let it flow …..top stuff. Tough job, but did it well.

As RCT Council won’t allow me to fit a charger at home (not able to go across or over the pavement) I was advised to use the “many” chargers they have installed. Tried the local one at Tonyrefail leisure centre and I may as well put a hamster wheel on to charge it up !

Lots of ex Welsh players calling for the drop to two regions. I wonder how many thought that this was a good idea when they were playing?? Had their payday so now are happy to have a player and opportunity cull.

So what changes with Welsh Rugby to get it back on its feet?? The Regions are here to stay so how do we make them successful, is it just down to money and investment? What are the changes that everyone goes on about for the Grassroots game?

So much waffling from Rachel Reeves and barely a challenge from Laura Kuenssberg and completely opposite approach and constant chipping in to Mel Stride. Surely challenging the current government is the priority but given an easy ride.

As much as I’m gutted and frustrated that Jac Morgan is not involved in the British & Irish Lions Saturday, it’s not Tom Curtys fault and I have no doubt he will give it all he has. Must be weird for him if he has a look at social media!!

I’m sure this ref in the Dragons RFC 🐉 game is so one sided he’s starting to develop a French accent the longer the game goes on 🤯🤯

I can comfortably say this coaching team is way out of its depth!!
