I supported Prop E in March so that San Francisco Police could have access to modern-day technology to solve crimes and arrest auto burglars. I'm glad to see Prop E is working. We've got a long way to go, but this is welcome progress to cut down on theft and break-ins.

Why are District 3 streets so dirty? 40 years ago, San Francisco took away mechanical street sweeping for most of our district. It's far past time to restore it for a cleaner Russian Hill, North Beach, and Nob Hill. As Supervisor, I'll lead this important work.
