Palaeo news!

Palaeontologists have finally discovered a flightless pterosaur. Parpataurus primaapril 'walking lizard' was a long legged, long snouted, pterosaur without the characteristic elongate wing finger. It had relatively thick bones and waded in Bavarian Jurassic lagoons.

Many birds bob their heads when walking to improve their vision. They often also time their head bobs with their footfalls. We wanted to know why... I am still quite proud of it :-)
