Standing with Rev Dr Katherine Meyer! The words ‘church court’.. are enough to put anyone off wanting to attend church. God has never called us to play judge and jury concerning who is ‘in’ and who is ‘out’ We are not complete without our LGBT+ community. Lord have mercy. 💔

A reminder that around 70% of UNISON - UK's largest union members are women. Women's conference in 2022 passed a motion for trans equality was unanimously. My own C&V branch has supported Trans Pride NI. Our union is trans inclusive in policy and practice. #ULGBTplus24 unison.org.uk/news/article/2…

Today is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.Almost 1 in 3 women globally have faced intimate partner violence, sexual violence, or both. Only 5% of GOV funds address it,& just 0.2% for prevention. Shocking stats-but we CAN work to change this-🔗inbio

Today is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. There is no excuse for violence against women in any society, and that includes the violence caused by the lack of free, safe, legal and accessible abortion. #16DaysNI bit.ly/4g2PwKu

Reclaim the Night Belfast explicitly doesn't have political parties march. Members can of course attend as individuals. We say no party political banners or materials. We often do have elected politicians attend as well as party activists.
