Every year, 80,000 young adults ages 18-39 are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. They face very different challenges. Dana-FarberYAProgram works to lessen the emotional burden of cancer & provide connection for patients. Here are some of their stories. #YoungAdultCancerAwarenessWeek

YAP started a Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai USA team to give back and provide opportunity for patients and caregivers to connect while walking together. Funds raised help YAP provide emotional support services and counseling, educational programs, and tools and resources.
