Amazingly, they didn't do any of these things. At best they think they may have passed laws that will help those things, but anyone with a brain knows their laws will probably make them worse. Only someone who believes you are stupid would post something this ridiculous.

The property tax bill DOES NOT CUT PROPERTY TAXES. Instead of paying an effective rate of 6.3% (this year) you'll pay 6.8% next year. Only in government math does that = a 'tax cut.'
