A fantastic evening for the Team TA Awards! Our students have achieved so much sporting success this year, and tonight was a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate how amazing they all are. Congratulations to all of our winners and nominees! #TeamTA

One of the themes of my assembly this week was how sport unites people. 20 million people, many of whom don’t really even like football. That’s the power of sport.

Wow! What a fantastic sports day today. The sun shone, there was an incredible atmosphere and the students all did us proud with their efforts and performances! That’s #TeamTA sport done for another year, and what a year it has been!

Of course we took football boots to the Maldives! 🏝️

Thought I’d take him out for the first 5k of pre-season, but I got completely humbled. By 2km he’d left me for dust and we ended up meeting at home, some ‘significant’ time apart. An absolute machine!

A milestone. Ru has always found keep ups trickier than ground moves. He’s relentlessly worked on his technique, refining control of the ball, knowing that if he could master it, he could then do tricks too. Proof that Hard work, discipline & dedication = progress. What a kid ⚽️

For 10 summers, the boys have been coming in to ‘help’ me get ready for the new year. Can’t believe how close we are getting to the first of them coming in everyday! If they could start tomorrow, they would!

A competitive start to the season for the Y10 ⚽️ 2-0 winners against @ChulmleighAT in a tough game. It was special for me to revisit after 13 years too. I will always be thankful to Billy, Mike & the team for supporting me as a trainee through the Graduate Teacher Program.

It’s official! Rupert signs on the dotted line for TA ✍️ From crawling around my office, colouring me pictures at my desk & running around the astro,to joining Team TA for secondary school. Not only will I finally get some company,this will be the making of him in every sense

Today I realised from the parent perspective, how special these make families and children feel. Such a special school (not my hand)
