Extremely slow internet last week plus @Zuku_WeCare. What's going on? down 3.5, up 5.2. I'm not paying for those speeds. Account # 940024. Please fix the problem. I'm a new customer and likely to be a former one if this cannot be addressed.

Not really. We've been trying to 'refresh the connection' as of late. Something more serious is wrong. Up: 6.72. Down: 6.78. Is there a line problem?

Refreshing the link is NOT fixing the problem @zuku_WeCare. We've tried that many times now. What do we need to do? Not even 1mp up or 1mp down right now. If this is not fixed very soon, I will be a former customer.

@Zuku_WeCare Very slow and erratic internet today at Acc # 940024. Is there a problem in this area?

Seems to be better now. 31.1mb down, 1.55mb upload. Why do we keep having these problems? Speeds are often good, but the service is often slow.
