NY's top judges made the final decision to post Trump's trial transcripts publicly after a weekend call from Senator Brad Hoylman-Sigal, Law360 learned, after many weeks of internal debate, public calls from New York Daily News (4/9, 4/12, 4/21), private talks, letters & a motion to Justice Merchan.

The overdue report from the Child Care Availability Task Force is scheduled to be released Friday by the Hochul administration.

Below is a link to their findings, which prioritize “a permanent line of funding to support the child care workforce.”
