Building culture takes time. Getting better as a leader and as a team takes time. Changing mindset and habits takes time.

Basketball is a game of habits. There is a place for new “fun” drills and games etc...but in the end good teams buy in to the day in day out of building great habits. Habits carry over, habits win games. If you get bored building habits .... Good luck.

Say what you will about the General good or bad, the guy was a difference maker in a lot of lives and is one of the All-Time Greats in my opinion. The love and support from his players today proves that and then some!
