Yesterday I was on the BBC talking in favour of @mvt’s proposed ticket levy on big arenas to go back into grassroots music venues and support the artists.

I've never been to a gig quite like this. Antony Szmierek not only gave a great show, his response to the love in the room for him was v. moving. Brilliant, funny, and yes, I cried when he cried. Antony may be processing it still, so are we. It'll stay with me for a long time.
