It’s going to be an emotional day as we say goodbye to Kara. She will be piped out later with all the S6 pupils but we took the chance to present her with her Brian Miller award 👏👏

And she’s gone! What a wonderful way to end your school experience. We will miss you Kara Gillespie, don’t be a stranger. We also said goodbye to Mrs Hunter, the place won’t be the same without her. Enjoy your retirement!

We had a lovely numeracy lesson to ease us into the new term. Senior pupils were guiding our S2 pupils as they analysed the contents of Smarties and Skittles packets. Really interesting to see how they organised themselves & the conclusions they made #achieve

Our lunch club returned today and we enjoyed having a chat about our summer break. Mrs McDermott had to steal a chip as Aidan wasn’t here to share his! We also played a Categories game and it got very competitive #include

Beyond proud to see our former pupil, Nikodem, come and speak to the pupils as part of the Morgan Stanley team. S4 pupils learned all about employability skills and how to create an impressive CV. Invaluable experience #include #achieve

It has been wonderful having Aidan back this week after his cochlear implant surgery. He has adjusted very well and came back with his braiding as he is now a Barclay House Prefect! #include #achieve
