How is it that it's 2024 and yet United Airlines 's wifi from lax to nyc, 5.5 hour flight is still stuck in 2004. The worst. Nothing works. For business fliers needing to work this is tantamount to selling a false product. Flight should be free or discounted without it. Ridiculous.

I would think job 1 for an airline would be to make sure the plane has enough fuel. Copa Airlines you failed job 1. Never had to divert /land suddenly because the airline miscalculated the fuel needs. Don’t ever fly this Co if you can avoid it. Horrible experience all around.
