A covid paradox, we’re a society that wants to “go big”, big weddings, big stadiums, big attendance, big turnout, but this mentality creates superspread scenarios, reducing covid disease transmission requires some “reducing contacts”, what do we do, and the dreaded for how long
Our covid response is a merry-go-round, with the conductor at the controls screaming “faster, faster!”, bodies are being flung from the ride, and there’s a clean-up-crew who periodically screams “slower, slower!”, “there are too many bodies to clean up, let us catch up”, immature
Social retraction, that is less congregation in groups in response to widespread disease is what’s curbing “waves”, the propaganda tells us it’s “immunity” to be sure we keep repeating the same patterns, we should name variants after Greek Gods, symbolic of our modern mythology
