Every pad we give is a step toward dignity, safety, and opportunity for our girls. We’re thrilled to share that the 8th Pads of Love distribution reached 128 girls at Busulere Primary School in Funyula, Busia County on the 9th of October. #PadsOfLove #EndPeriodPoverty

Each girl received 3 packs of sanitary pads containing 8 pieces each and joined an interactive session on menstrual health and hygiene. We also set up a school pad bank with 116 packs of 8 pads each that we will regularly replenish for sustainability. #PadsOfLove

This distribution was not just to ensure the girls stay in school with confidence for the remainder of the term, but also aimed to shield them from “sex for pads” risks, especially as the long December holidays begin.
