Yesterday we headed to Victoria Park for race 6 in the Chingford League series. A bright and chilly day but Everyone ran strong and we even had some pick up shiny new PBs. Lovely to see such a good turn out with a few of us tackling park run before hand 🤪Nice work Daggers!!!

Today a group of D88s headed to Hainult for the Ilford Ac 10 mile run ,lots of mud,hills with plenty of smiles!We also flew the red and white flag around the streets of London for the winter 10k.Well done to everyone who ran Today, the weather wasn't kind was it ?!
