This from Cafcass Open Board Meeting. The child's needs are paramount,delay is damaging: 15k children in proceedings for over a yr; 3.5k for 2 yrs. Many of these children will not be seeing safe parents. Where is media's outcry on this? Why is the Children's Commissioner for England not raging?
