There's need to bring merit system in the appointments of CPSP for better post-graduation programes, elected council members as well as president of PMDC that can regulate medical colleges properly and Health Care Commissions that can take proper steps against quackery.

There is severe electricity issue in QAMC Bahawalpur, the administration shut down electricity from 9am-4pm to reduce fuel consumption, even there is separate alternative electricity plant.We request to resolve this issue as students facing trouble preparing for exams in hostels.

All the hospitals are bound to provide the voluntary house job rotations in Allied Medicine & Surgery. It is not up to the hospital to decide where to place you.Its choice of house job trainees.if the hospital is not giving you the rotation you want,you have the right to protest.

Hundreds of House Officers are performing unpaid house jobs without the official orders issued by MS Services Hospital Lahore. Their house job orders are still pending to be issued. Hospital administration must have to resolve this issue as soon as possible. (DWM-Pakistan)

The non-medical administration dictating practice of our practicing medical community in public sector is highly condemnable. The under pressure and stressful working environment for doctors will compromise their independent practice according to international medical guidelines.

CPSP, PMDC and Health Care Commissions are the real culprits behind the current situation, the downfall and the scope of medicine & surgery in Pakistan. There is need of time to redesign policies and focusing more on the domains of these institutions.
