I love the content of Ray Dalio, which has been a huge inspiration for me on how to think. He is a man of Principles, a book, and an approach I admire. This way of thinking helped me tremendously in designing systems and to find more success in my career in esports and life.

Frequently, coaches message me how they are progressing in their careers, going from $0 pay coaching amateur to landing their first paid coaching gigs on teams because of Next Level Esports content they have consumed. The best part is that it all is within 1 to 6 months.

The reason you aren't seeing progress when it comes to esports coaching and career growth is that you keep doing the same thing and expect different results. Educate yourself and invest in yourself. Get out of your comfort zone. Absorb knowledge. Experience alone is not enough.

Here's how I learned what I know about esports coaching. 1. Experience coaching first 2. Run into a lot of problems 3. Find solutions to problems in different areas (trad sports, internet, books, courses) 4. Apply learnings 5. Make things your own based on learnings 6. Repeat

The biggest challenge I faced while creating my coaching systems and templates etc. is to make it PRACTICAL and IMPACTFUL for any level of coach, whether that is a coach in their first year or a professional coach with 10 years pro experience.

When I create courses, templates, and everything, I follow "Simplexity" combination of simple and complex. Meaning: It is simple to implement, with complexity behind it if you want to understand how it works. Producing good results from the start, and great when mastered.
