Initial placement in superior right lobe with protrusion but over compressed device in inferior lobe with minimal protrusion

Single point mapping case using optrell catheter for LVOT PVCs. Initial map hampered by scar suggested AMC focus. Beats only 5 msec pre QRS but later from aorta/RVOT/distal CS. Optrell vector map showed initial map was incorrect and successful ablation with long endocardial burn
