Michael’s father, Dr. Gomez, is a college professor and archaeologist. A summer-long dig in Israel leads to some wild adventures when Michael returns home with two seemingly petrified squirrels.

Tim Hodge, (@BaldMelonTim), who is a storyboard artist and character designer for The Dead Sea Squirrels, is a veteran animator who began his career at Disney, where he worked on “The Lion King” and “Mulan” before moving on to Big Idea (VeggieTales).
