This evening from 6.30 - 8.30 Cormac Ward and I will be delivering a talk and practical workshop on physical preparation for team sport athletes in the TUS Athlone arena 🔽 Coaches of any team sport at any level/age are welcome to this free event. Registration is below 🔗

The Youth Participation Study in Gaelic Games provides many insights. Good to be able to share this data on youth males and females experiences in Gaelic Games in Human Kinetics and to work with Michael McKay, Paul Donnelly and Peter Horgan.
