Today, the #UNSC adopted a presidential statement welcoming the new president and prime minister of #Lebanon 🇱🇧 The Council also expressed support for a full implementation of UNSCR 1701 and calls on all parties to implement the cessation of hostilities agreement. #DKinUNSC

With 🇩🇰 Denmark in Lebanon support, 34 farmers in Mount Lebanon signed matching grant agreements with Food and Agriculture Organization in the presence of Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture Minister, the Green Plan & FAO in Lebanon Rep. The grants will help rehabilitate land, build terraces & reservoirs, and boost key crops.
