Coaching News: Christina Hamilton Mathews is the new pitching coach at McNeese. Mathews pitched for the Ragin Cajuns from 2011-15 and was the Sun Belt Pitcher of the Year and an All-American in 2014.

Missed this while working on football stuff, but Auburn softball has added a transfer pitcher in Haley Rainey, who is coming from Cal State Fullerton. Was named the 2024 Big West Pitcher of the Year as she led the Big West in ERA (1.68) and fewest HRs allowed (2).

Coaching News: Karl Gollan is the new assistant coach at Iowa. He spent the 2024 season on staff at Ole Miss and was previously the head coach at D3 Augustana College. He spent more than a decade on the New Zealand men's national team and still serves as an adviser.
