(1) This seems to be such an easy fix. I rented a car from the Hertz in College Park to do Uber in Atlanta. I gave Hertz the wrong email address that is not linked to my Uber account. Hertz support said they can't change the email unless I am a Gold Plus Rewards Member or…

(2) I have to go back to the Hertz location when they open on Monday. Question: can't a supervisor make the change because it is on the computer? If I have to go to Hertz.com to extend my reservation, that means they have my email information…

(3) But when I asked for a supervisor, @hertz employee #1211 "Charles" said the supervisor wouldn't take his call. So I'm renting a car that, for the entire weekend, I can't make money with because Uber says it's a Hertz problem and Hertz refuses to change the email…

(4) Again, if I have to go to hertz.com to extend my reservation, that means my information is in their system and they can update it. Am I wrong, @hertz? This will definitely be a topic for conversation on my radio show tomorrow!
