Wild case report. ER docs intubate gravid pt in resp arrest. lose pulse, perimortem C-section, baby pulseless, tube baby/CPR. ED doc does thoracotomy on mom, removes 1L effusion, cardiac message—>rosc. rosc on baby. Mom DC 3 weeks later. Baby 6mo f/u no deficits, met milestones😲

Smith Here’s a recent case of 62yo with a list of commodities, family hx, anxious, diaphoretic, nausea & CP but all symptoms had recently resolved and this ECG was recorded & transmitted to the ED (did not read STEMI).
