It is an honour for our SWSPDA D&G schools pipe band to be the 2024 recipient of this memorial award. D&G Council Dumfries & Galloway Instrumental Music Service Mr Andy McCartney has made this happen for our young people after over 25 years of determined work to grow piping and drumming in D&G.
