Parker seems to like to walk one of his ILBs to the edge a bit to dictate protection and create mismatches. I can see Barham being very valuable in that respect.

Also, it's not like Barham is useless in coverage. He's very comfortable, showing good range and awareness, with his zone drops. I really hope Christian Parker lets his creativity run wild with Barham. He can be a weapon.

Jaishawn Barham! The Cowboys just took one of my favorite players in the draft at 92. Pass rush upside is enormous if he can develop his technique in a full-time transition to EDGE. Violent, explosive player with all the tools.

I will say we typically kill it in the third round, a ton of good Cowboy picks there so let’s see what happens 😃

Schotty confirms my report below that the #Cowboys will play Jaishawn Barham as both an inside and outside linebacker. he'll start out inside this summer, though.

The Dallas Cowboys have taken Penn State OT Drew Shelton with the No. 112 selection in the fourth round. Shelton allowed just one sack and 18 pressures in 2025 across 356 pass block snaps. Comes from a balanced run scheme. Will have immediately swing tackle versatility.

Dallas is having an outstanding draft. Love the Devin Moore fit. Watch his tape against Miss St & WR Brenen Thompson — as quick as you’ll find in the class. The way Moore can redirect and utilize his length at 6’3” showcases a whole lot to work with for new DC Christian Parker.
