🍎 The FOLOU project team continues to keep moving forward! ➡️ In one year, it has contributed to better define the #foodloss phenomenon and how to assess its environmental impact, its main drivers and the gaps in European regional policies to reduce it. Follow #FOLOU! 📣

We are testing a pilot system that integrates #Lemna, an aquatic plant, into a farm's water purification system. ➡️ It aims to evaluate its potential to recover water from residual effluents and, at the same time, become a source of green manure or nutrients for feed production.

🌾 First meeting of the #COUSIN project! ➡️ We hope that this Horizon Europe 🇪🇺 project will help explore the potential of Crop Wild Relatives of cultivated crops and to pave the way for integrating them in new breeding and cultivation possibilities. 🌿🌱🌼
