1/ I'm reading uché blackstock, md incredible NYTimes best selling book Legacy. In it she shares a her story of appendicitis and the danger of clinicians who don't listen to patients. It has inspired me to share my own story. Also, buy her book, its heartbreaking and beautiful.

This news could not be more welcome. Study after study has shown how #navigators help people with cancer get better care. At The Tisch Cancer Institute we are studying how navigators might help patients referred to our early phase trials unit.

This really is a highlight of the year- small size, great hosts and mentors, meeting new colleagues and friends. Thank you to Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation and ASCO for giving us so much food for thought.

Hepatitis treated as a child with no active viral load should not prohibit clinical trial participation. If we want to be inclusive we need to walk the walk. #NCI funded trials are already changing - industry, it's 2023. #clinicaltrials #lcsm
