We had a wonderful day making music at NCC Honor Band held at Conestoga High School. The band was under the direction of Dr. Jay Gilbert!

Class B-2 District Speech Results at Elkhorn: Noelle Beyl placed 3rd in Serious Prose, earning her a place at State Speech next week! Joslyn Giles and Nylee Hayner placed 4th in Duet Acting. Tess Henrichs placed 5th in Extemporaneous. Congratulations Falcons! #RiseUp

We have our 1st-2 band karate black belts! Congratulations to Hazel & Quinn! They put in the time & effort to complete the 6th grade band curriculum & will continue to advance their musical skills even further! Way to go, ladies! DC West Middle School

Congratulations, Honor Choir!

Congrats to our 7th/8th graders who participated in the Platteview MS Solo/Ensemble Festival! Bravo to our students for having the courage to perform! The band brought home 12-Division 1 ratings and 4-Division 2’s. Thanks for all your hard work, Falcon musicians!🎶

A big thanks to Mr. Kyle Dreessen, director of bands at Elkhorn High School, for spending part of his morning with the high school concert band, helping us to prepare for district music contest! The band performs at 10:37 on April 25th at Wahoo High School.
