Agree Anne - a key contributor to the child welfare crisis we find ourselves in today after 14 years of dismantling everything that was helping families struggling in conditions of adversity. There is still hope - a huge curve to turn but doable- we know what needs to be done !!

National disgrace - how far we’ve fallen since ‘the glory days’ of Every Child Matters which ‘warts n all’ was a coherent attempt to put children 1st - & it was working - instead we’ve had 14years deliberately dismantling it & everything that might just help children & families😡
