🦚🏆| The Dragons WRL team were back in action at the Peacock Cup yesterday. An amazing effort secured them a place in the final!👏 Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be (this time😉), but everyone gained experience and had lots of fun! Thanks to NWCrusadersWheelchairRL&DisabilitySportsClub for hosting!

A1: Celebrating sport is vital in raising profile, of disability sports. Sacrifices/barriers overcome can be lost in a results focused 🌎, but the motivation generated from recognising even the tiniest success of an athlete with a disability can stay with them forever.#sporthour

A.1 We need to ensure that people at all levels of sport feel celebrated. Young people taking part in sport for the first time up to athletes competing at the highest level. This can be the memory that someone has that encourages sport for life #SportHour Sportscotland

A2 #sporthour the disability sport community get behind every athlete to provide support and to celebrate achievement like no other I've ever known. Over inflated egos are few and far between, overcoming many barriers before you're on the court, pitch or track will do that.
