Today, I joined Mayor Muriel Bowser to announce a new partnership between DC Fire and EMS Department and University of the District of Columbia (UDC), creating a direct path for DC residents into paramedicine. This initiative tackles the paramedic shortage while expanding access to quality healthcare training.
