Teaching Assistants are challenging to hire these days. Therefore, in D63 we offer a $250 gift card to any staff member that refers a TA that we end up hiring.

Congratulations to our son Dylan for being named the Air Force ROTC Freshman Cadet of the month at the University of Iowa. It was great to see him in Iowa City today.

Yup, that's me in the mascot costume. That is what my wedding video also looked like. (Not a lot of moves...) Excited to participate in Apollo's schoolwide assembly.

Our son had the honor of participating in the color guard at the Iowa Hawkeye basketball game with this Air Force ROTC group. He is holding the state of Iowa flag. We are so proud of him.

I had the opportunity to testify in front of Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle and the Cook County Commissioners this morning in order to support all students in Cook County.

District 54 Reunion Dinner. Brian Lawson, Brad Carter, David Negron, Jim Vreeland, and Jake Chung. Laughter by all and happy to see one another. We were the cool group in D54 when we were there.
