The indoor 5k champ, Christian Patzka, ran his first outdoor 5k of the season at U of Minnesota last night and came away with a new PB!

Patzka took 4s off his previous time to move to 2nd All-Time.

After leaving the indoor meet on crutches, Luke Schroeder is backing competing in the hurdles.

14.40 puts him tied for 14th in the national currently.

Ignatius Fitzgerald of St. Olaf Men's Cross Country/Track & Field runs 26s PB to move into the top 10 in the nation.

Kelsie Sealock of Bethel Track finishes second running 13.86 (+1.0m/s) just .02s off her personal best at the Gary Wilson Invitational.

She’ll moved to #2 in the country behind Aniya Seward of Lynchburg’s 13.76(+2.1 m/s)

It is with the deepest sadness that we learned of the loss of one of our students. Frank Csorba, a member of the cross country and track & field teams, passed away earlier today.

Cheickna Traore wasn’t a star when he graduated high school in 2019. But after setting two NCAA DIII records at Ramapo and transferring to Penn State Track & Field/Cross Country for his final graduate season, few would doubt that now.

Justin Eichler of UW-Platteville let the hammer fly this weekend as he moved to 2nd All-Time.

He PRd by 4 feet 8 inches at the Meet of Champions hosted by Augustana.

The 5x All-American currently has a 12ft lead on the nation.

Rachel Hyland of Williams T&F XC finished 24th overall and was the 6th American at the Boston Marathon by running 2:40:24.

She was 4th in 2018

Grant O'Connor of RPI Cross Country finished 19th Overall and was the 5th American at the Boston Marathon!

He ran 2:16:17 and a big redemption after missing an OTQ by 28 seconds.

Victoria Kadiri does it again! She smashes her own D3 national record by 8.5 inches!

This is just the 3rd mark a D3 woman has gone over 13m.

She set the national record at nationals last year and has a month and a half to continue breaking her record.

Out at the Bucknell Bison Classic, Grace Hadley becomes the 9th woman in D3 history to run sub 4:20 in the 1500m.

Her time of 4:17.61 moves her to 5th All-Time. She’s already posted an All-Time in the 10k this outdoor season.
