never renting from Avis Car Rental or BudgetCarRental again. wrote wrong rental agreement, blamed me to have 'stolen' a car. overcharged me, tried calling them in last week 10 times at least w disconnects and hang ups. now, 'the supervisor is not avail'. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER.
