I’ve seen ppl rejected for being too cerebral in the interview. They were considered tough to interview and would “likely be a “handful” once employed. Just sigh.

I agree. The thing that bothers me is that these people were summarily dismissed out of the process just because they were too thoughtful. Geesh!
