As always, the Ethridge Elementary Carnival was a blast. I brought two girls and came home with two unicorns!

I've been running this trail for 5 years and this morning is the first time I ran the entire thing. Running pain free for the first time in my life, and I am feeling grateful in a way I can't quite explain.

It's always a great day when you can vote!

Had to have some fun with Vannessa Hurst Richardson this morning at the Hebron PTA breakfast. Greg Storgaard left this picture of his 17 year-old self in my office as a prank 2 years ago. Keeping it and bringing it along with me everywhere I go means the joke's on him!
