Today, The Bancorp's $TBBK 'buyer' of The Aubrey, Windtree $WINT, filed a form 8-K disclosing the sale termination and a dispute over the deposit. Tellingly, zero disclosure from $TBBK today, much less a plan for the assets that it couldn't clear and are now stuck on its books.
