One of the pathetic and the fraudsters company is redBus . This company promised something and then cheated. We booked tickets for Goa on 5th sept 9:30pm. We tried cancelling 20 days ago as we had family emergency so they said that we can't cancel as it is non refundable.

redBus We agreed that ok if it is non refundable will go so on 5th sept we reach bus stop at 9:10 pm and when we saw our app it was still confirmed ticket. Once we called Bus Driver from Bus stop at 9:10 pm he said your ticket has been cancelled we have given it to other passengers and

redBus And you will get the refund of 50%. Then we said we didn't got any intimation and on app also it was still confirmed how can it be cancelled. Then again we called the redBus customer service, they said no it's not cancelled and you can go. We waited till 9:30 pm.
