As a parent of two school age kids, this is heartbreaking. If the goal here is to keep children and teachers safe, that is commendable. If the goal is to use children’s education as blackmail to achieve unrelated policy goals, it borders on criminal and at very least unethical.

We finally got our kids’ teacher assignments for 2nd grade and Kindergarten, with school starting on Monday. Curiously, both kids got Mrs. Skelton. 🤔 #distancelearning 😭
