The best way to connect my professional learning with my students learning is to just jump in and try it out. Then reflect on what worked and didn’t work.

Having a dialogue with the teachers from across the district and pulling all the resources to share was very helpful during the Distance Learning.

Having coaches in the past has been very powerful tool for me. The books seems to support that when it states that coaching improves the teaching by 80 to 90 percent.
