Day 9, that after school Power Nap really does help 😂 (65lb bar for squat)

Day 10, wasn’t feeling it today and it shows. Tomorrow will be different though💪🏽

Day 12, week number tres is in the books📚

Day 13, nice lift today. I got lacrosse tryouts later tonight aswell!!

Day 14, started pouring on my way out. Not a fan of the rain 👎🏽

Day 15, this ease off week was well needed.

Day 17, back squat bar was 65lbs, nice leg day with some pickle ball for cardio with OHOP🥞!!

Day 18, it was max week in gym today so I had already benched, just finished the rest of the sheet today!!

Day 21, calm leg day, I maxed out on deadlift today in gym, I hit 475 though I haven’t trained DL in atleast 6 months!!

Day 24, end of week 6 and the start of spring break, let’s go!!

Day 27, 90% (415) squat for 2 moving pretty good!!
