π New paper alert - work that started out as Matt White & Christoph Messner 's CDC 2020 project is out now. The DC team developed a cool new pipeline to extract oxonium ion signals from scanningSWATH MS data to enable glycoprotein quantification. Congratulations team OxoScan-MS !π
I have spent the last 3 days at the Crick for the Crick Data Challenge. Our team integrated different layers of omics data ranging from transcriptomics to metagenomics that Sofia Pedersen generated during her PhD, and with the goal of identifying novel biomarkers for colorectal cancer. π§¬π©π»βπ»
Find out how the #CrickDataChallenge team organise our hackathon-style events, in case you want to run similar events elsewhere! (text by @simranolak and Martin Jones)
I spent the last 3 days at the #CrickDataChallenge Crick Data Challenge ! I had the chance to try new things with team Elias Copin and meet cool people The atmosphere as well was so friendly and made everyone feel at home (we need more teamwork in science!)
Amazing few days at the Crick Data Challenge hackathon. Thanks to #TeamBennett for the fun RNA-Seq/ATAC-Seq challenge. Look forward to new friends new colleagues and new ideas to take back to my image analysis work!
Thatβs a wrap!π Huge thanks to our incredible organisers Elias Copin Mingran Cao @ISalgarella β you made the #CrickDataChallenge a huge success! Big thanks to our teams and sponsor Seqera. Fantastic work from everyoneπ - can't wait to see where these projects go! #hack
