What a trouper - what modesty, what determination. An example to everyone who encounters setbacks (that's all of us). They say women bear pain better than men. Rachel certainly seems to exemplify that - and with little or no complaint. So glad she's found new friends at COGs.

We totally agree with this but can thoroughly recommend using weights during mid-life to get stronger and increase bone density. We use a small gym at the back of some offices, with a small group in a safe space. We need more spaces available like this. 🏋️‍♀️

Our Beginners/Interm./Confidence in Coaching session is 1 today!
The session is not only to learn skills, play & have fun, it's also for any local female coaches to come & gain confidence by delivering their session to a friendly, female group.

Today The FSA have launched a 2nd edition of our women's game national survey which will document the attitudes/experiences of fans of women’s football across a wide range of issues.
